Your Starlink needs a clear view of the sky to stay connected to the satellites as they pass overhead. Objects that obstruct the connection between your Starlink and the satellite, such as a tree branch, a pole, or a roof, will cause service interruptions.
Scan the QR code to download the Starlink app.
Lift the kickstand and connect one end of the supplied cables to the Starlink, with the cable lock facing up. Make sure the connector is fully inserted so that its surface is in contact with the surface. To remove the cable, pull firmly outward, as there is no release tab.
Connect the other end of the Starlink cable to your router and plug it into port 1 marked with the antenna symbol on the back of the router.
Connect the Gen 3 router to an electrical outlet using the power cable and power adapter.

Go through the Starlink setup process in the Starlink app. Once connected, the app will alert you if you need to rotate your Starlink to ensure proper alignment. Click the alert to use the alignment tool.
